J&J Fitting Iron Cup September 15-16
The 4th Annual Iron Cup presented by J&J Fitting will be held Friday and Saturday at the Park Jefferson Speedway.
On Thursday the track will host a Test N Tune that incorporates 3 makeup features in the Schaeffer Oil Sport Modifieds, J&J Fitting Stock Cars and the SignMasters Modified divisions. These features will award state, regional and national points to the drivers. The races will be makeup features from the August 19th event that was rained out. Drivers in any class can also take advantage of the test session. Grandstand admission will be free and pit passes are $10.
On Friday, all six IMCA divisions including the IMCA Sprint Cars will be joined by the Nebraska Modified Lites in a full night of racing. Gates will open at 5pm with racing at 7pm. Adult tickets are $15, Seniors $10 and Children 6-16 $5 with Children under 6 getting in free. Pit passes are $30.
On Saturday, Park Jefferson will host the same six IMCA divisions along with the final visit by the Nebraska 360 vs MSTS shootout. In addition, Park Jefferson will host a makeup feature for the 360 sprint cars from the August 19th event. Gates will open at 4 pm with racing slated for 6pm. Adult tickets are $15, Seniors $10 and Children 6-16 $5 with Children under 6 getting in free. Pit passes are $30.
Drivers can complete registration now. Payment will not be due until Friday, September 15.
