Park Jefferson to amend Modified Finish after review
After review of the tape and the scoring, it was determined that the originally posted finish of the SignMasters Modifieds was incorrect. Due to an error in flags, the white flag was not displayed and the feature finish went green, green, checkered. Officials at Park Jefferson apologize for the error in finish. The following steps will be taken. First, the corrected finish will be as below and changes reported to IMCA for point purposes. Second, drivers who already have their checks can cash them regardless of the final position. Third, for drivers whose checks were for a lower finish than reported, Park Jefferson will be issuing checks for the difference between the original payout and the corrected payout.
