Making the move to a SCHNEE this season Mike commented in victory lane; “I couldn’t get a win last year and now 2 in a row.” A varied line at different ends of the track allowed Boston to maneuver through traffic and claim the second victory.

Mike Miller was the top dog in the Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series 25 lap main event at the Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. In the field of 24 entries, Miller blasted around the outside to take the lead on lap 18 and continued searching to use the low groove to perfection to take the win from 8th starting position in his SCHNEE.

Nebraska’s Darren Berry bested a field of 28 cars to earn himself the $1700 winners share at the Ron Williams/Dick Snoose Memorial at the
Lincoln Co. Raceway in North Platte NE. Starting outside front row Berry outgunned the pole sitter to jump to the early lead. Berry continued his torrid pace throughout the 25 lap feature driving his SCHNEE car to win the event.

It was Sioux Falls Casey Abbas making his way to the front in the IMCA Sprint Cars at Park Jefferson International Speedway. Abbas, who also competes in the 360 division in a SCHNEE, was able to pick up his first win by holding off two previous winners. The 360 Sprint Cars were a sight unto themselves as Cody Ledger brought the dive bomb of slide jobs to take the victory. Using a wide racing line between 3&4, Ledger threw sliders at fellow EMi drivers; Don Droud Jr. and Seth Brahmer to take the top prize in his EAGLE.

A last minute decision to roll to Wichita Falls, Texas to take on the ASCS Red River Region at Wichita Speedway was a good one for John Carney II, who picked up Friday’s $2,000 top prize in the Steward Builders EAGLE. This was a follow up to a previous win at West Texas Raceway.

Jake Martens picked off his first feature win of the year by wiring the field in Saturday night’s 20-lap DCRP Sprint Car main event atop the 3/8-mile Dodge City Raceway Park clay oval. Jake drew the pole position after winning his heat race, Martens put the Martens Machine Shop No. 48 EAGLE out front in short order and captured the victory.

A familiar face graced victory lane at the Hancock County Speedway in Britt, IA during an inaugural appearance by the Upper Midwest Sprint Car Series. Chris Graf, a two time and reigning series Champion, got off to a good start for his third consecutive title. Graf lead all 25 laps in his EAGLE car for his third win of the season and a $1500 payday.
