Park Jefferson International Speedway
Park Jefferson to add back IMCA classes to all shows
When Park Jefferson Speedway began planning the 2018 schedule, it was set up with the mind that each class would have a night off during the racing season. However, with rainouts claiming 5 of the first 7 weekends of racing, the Park Jefferson Speedway is making the following changes:
June 23-All classes
June 30-All classes
July 23-All classes minus sprint cars, however no track points. State, regional and national points only.
August 11-All classes minus IMCA Sprint Cars.
August 18-The IMCA Sprint Cars will still have their season championship on August 18, and the IMCA Modifieds will run for state, regional and national points only.
In addition, the Road to the Iron Cup event for IMCA RACESaver Sprint Cars will be held on August 4th and the format will be draw/redraw, similar to the cancelled event on May 19th.
