Iron Cup Friday and Saturday at Park Jefferson!!
The weekend we've all been waiting for... Iron Cup Weekend at Park Jefferson Speedway!! And this year's 12th Annual Smurfit WestRock Iron Cup looks to be the biggest and best yet, featuring TWO complete shows Friday September 26th and Saturday September 27th! Practice will also be held on Thursday September 25th starting at 6:00 PM.
Friday's night of racing will feature IMCA Modifieds, Late Models, and Stock Cars all racing for $1,000 to win. IMCA SportMods will battle for $750, Hobby Stocks for $500, and Sport Compacts for $250. Racing Begins at 7:30 (perhaps slightly earlier, 5-15 minutes), Hot Laps at 6:45, Gates Open at 6:00, and Pits Open at 4:00. This will be Night #1 of the Iron Cup, Friday Night Lights! General Admission Pricing for Adults is $20, Veterans and Seniors $18, Students 11-17 $10, Kids 6-10 $5, and Kids 5 and Under FREE.
Saturday Night's racing action will bring in the Tri-State Late Model Series substituting for the IMCA Late Models who only race Friday. Tri-State Late Models race for $2,000 to win. IMCA Modifieds and Stock Cars race for $1,500 to win on Day 2. SportMods will go after $1,250. Hobby Stocks for a four figure amount, $1,000. And Sport Compacts will rumble for $500. Racing Begins at 5:00, Hot Laps at 4:15, Gates Open at 3:30, and Pits Open at 1:00. This will be Championship Night of the Iron Cup and Championship Night for the Tri-State Late Model Series. General Admission Pricing for Adults is $25, Veterans and Seniors $20, Students 11-17 $15, Kids 6-10 $5, and Kids 5 and Under FREE.
Clubhouse Admission both days is $30 for Adults, $25 for Veterans, $20 for Students and Kids. Pit Passes both days are $40, $20 for Kids aged 3-12.
Drivers from all over the Region and Siouxland will tackle the high banks of Park Jefferson Speedway and be famed Iron Cup winners! Don't miss it this weekend!
